Information we collect
When you use the Creator Embassy website or app, we may collect: account information you provide (name, email, social handles, media kit details), community activity (messages, campaign participation, submissions), payment information processed by our payment partner Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and standard technical data (device type, app version, usage analytics).
How we use it
We use this information to operate the platform — matching creators and brands, running campaigns, processing escrow payments, awarding points and milestones — and to improve the product, provide support, and send service communications. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Information is shared between brands and creators as part of how the platform works (e.g., a brand sees the media kit of a creator who hearts them). We share data with service providers (such as Stripe for payments and analytics providers) under contractual safeguards, and when required by law.
Data retention & your rights
We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal and financial records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@creatorembassy.com.
Children
Creator Embassy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
