The rules that govern use of Creator Embassy.

1. The service
Creator Embassy provides a platform where brands host creator communities and run campaigns, contracts, payments, and rewards. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. Brands are responsible for the communities they host; creators are responsible for the content they submit.
3. Campaigns, contracts & payments
Campaign agreements are formed between brands and creators via e-signed contracts inside the app. Payments are processed through Stripe escrow and release according to the contract's approval terms. Creator Embassy is not a party to brand–creator agreements but provides the rails they run on.
4. Content & conduct
You retain rights to content you create, subject to the usage rights granted in campaign contracts. Harassment, spam, fraudulent metrics, and unlawful content are prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Embassy disclaims warranties and limits liability to amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
